Great Coverage

I thought the index was fine, although I don't really buy a book for the index anyway. I really enjoyed this book. It covered all the features of Works Suite 2000 that I wanted to learn about, including a lot about Word 2000 which is the program I use most of the time. It's a good choice for anyone needing a good manual on Works, since it doesn't come with one.

An Excellent Review

This is a top-notch book for Works Suite users. Since this audience is less advanced and more home based than, say, the users of MS Office, the book doesn't get into the very most technical stuff like macro programming that you would expect from a Special Edition book on a higher-end topic. But it covers all the important, more common activities you would want to do with the software. Highly recommended!
