Hubby and I spent many wonderful vacations in Italy, so in 2017 we decided to purchase a vacation home there. We found exactly what we were looking for in the picturesque village of Colledimezzo, in Abruzzo, the southern part of Italy.We fell in love with that beautiful village, and its residents, so in 2020 we decided to retire early, sell our home and worldly possessions in Colorado, and emigrate to Italy.Yes, we moved in the middle of a world pandemic.
