Very good basic intro to spc for non-technical first timers

Excellent introduction to the basics of SPC, especially first-timers to SPC without strong technical, mathematical or statistical background. Surprisingly enlightening explanation to the fundamental concepts, even for experienced practioners who may have forgotten about the basics. A good text prior to reading more Mathematical SPC books.
