Deep in the Pacific Ocean, magical creatures live in harmony, including a remarkable fish named Sparkle, born with seven glowing orbs of light. Her community celebrates her birth, but her powers will not awaken until she turns seven.Sparkle's mother warns her of the evil Sea Monster King Darkness, who seeks to capture her for a dark spell.
