The MAR CANT?BRICO vessel, a merchant ship confiscated by the Government of the Spanish Republic during the Civil War (1936-1939), has loaded several aircrafts and tons of food in New York in the winter of 1936-37. The merchant ship part of New York on 6 January 1937, escorted by several U.S. Coast Guard. The news has expanded in the press of this country. Remains a month in Veracruz, where it completes its cargo with ammunition and weapons. The adventure of the international crew of the ship, headed by the delegate of the Government and the captain, is narrated by a historian documentary filmmaker whose work between the file where you are looking for information and his home, where he wrote the script for a short film, unfolding a secondary story staff, in which the historian establishes a relationship with a woman descendant of the captain of the ship, giving rise to a reflection on the permanence of the past.
