-This book was recommended to me last week by a friend who dropped it by my house. The next day I read about half of it on a train ride to see my mother. For some this book won't keep you on the edge of your seat but for me it does. It is a great, if not the perfect, short summery of introductory astronomy I have read. It helps if you have already taken intro. Astronomy in school and would like a great book to make you think and remember some of the more basic concepts you learned in class. It is also great for those who haven't taken astronomy, but in that case, it may be a bit more more hard to simply understand. It is very difficult to give a good summery of our solar system and this book does a great job at compiling the most important and basic aspects and at the same time offering great brain teasers and fun questions. Five stars in my opinion.
