A young boy by the name of Roy Delano and his friends are out one night when mysterious objects begin falling out of the sky. Before long, after finding and collecting some of these objects that now seem to bear alien origins, Roy and his friends discover these objects, formed in the shape of rings, grant the user specific and unique powers. Unfortunately, they aren't the only ones who found the rings. A power hungry alien race has come to down to Earth in search of these rings, attempting to collect all the ones that fell here and use them for their own selfish goals.

Now, Roy and his friends must decide what to do in order to put a stop to these plans--all while still being in school. Becoming more skilled and knowledgeable with their rings goes from being a fun activity to a requirement--to save Earth, even if all of its civilization is oblivious to what's truly going on.
