I love My Deviled Egg Plates.It all started with a phone call. I was asked if I was a Southern Belle, and if my daughters were Southern Belles. All because Marilyn Schwartz said in her Book, A Southern Belle Primer, that every Southern Belle has an egg plate. That call started the whole thing, and the search for egg plates was on. It escalated and nothing has been the same around my house since. Not only did I find deviled egg plates, I bought egg plates, and I created recipes for the egg plates. I studied the market, and I even made price lists for my friends to use. I took pictures of egg plates. My collection grew, it expanded and then egg cups entered the picture. There was no end to the egg plate madness.Let me step back here and tell you once again that when the egg plate search was on, more and more of my friends and relatives jumped on the "Southern Belle Train" and started collecting egg plates. I decided that deep down; most women are Southern Belles at heart. So, get yourself an egg plate, flutter your eye lashes, put up your parasol and frolic in the good ole summer time.
