Regardless of your stance on the subject of predestination, this thorough and well written study will take you through an accurate history of Southern Baptist leaders who were Calvinists, and then directly to the Bible in a plain and logical pattern to show what most of the Church has rarely seen - the truth of God’ sovereignty. Mr. Selph deals with specifics without using sarcasm or arrogance. I wish I had known about this resource when I first started studying predestination many years ago. He explains it so well! I’m very happy to have found a credible account of this subject that I’m comfortable giving to friends. I plan to buy several for Those I know who struggle to discuss this topic. Please don’t avoid this conflict. Please read this book. Highly recommended!
