Having seen Mark Rutkowski's work in person at the Miami Beach Art Deco Festival years ago when he exhibited, it was nice to seek all that wonderful work in one book. Mark's work exhibits technical mastery and it is apparent he labors over each painting. Some oil paintings are included, yet the bulk of the paintings are watercolor. This book provides an excellent reference for watercolor artists who want to study a realist painter. The reproductions are good overall.
