Amazing recipes - they really are quick and delicous!

I've made over 8 dishes using this cookbook and they have turned out to be delicious! Plus - the author offers lots of time saving tips with quick explainations. Other South Asian cookbooks cram too many recipes in them and offer lengthy preparation techniques. This book doesn't have as many recipes and focuses on quality (flavor of the food) rather than quantity!
