Not worth the paper it’s printed on.

This book is really a bit of a scam. A disclaimer says the book is for “entertainment.” It was written by a psychologist, not a baker. It is silly and repetitive and contains little helpful information. I would not recommend it to anyone, whether brand new to sourdough or an experienced baker.
