Short but sweet

Sour Gripes uses a "Top Ten List" format and is a very easy read. My only complaint, really, is that some of the typefaces used are a bit diffcult to read. What was refreshing is that not only are there rants and raves about everything restaurant (customers, managers, cooks, etc.) but some excellent solutions to both guest and restaurant worker problems.

A WITTY PANACEA FOR RESTAURANT WAGE-SLAVES

This is a winning little book, especially if you've served time in the restaurant industry trenches like this veteran has. Give it to your long-suffering friends! I mean that really!
