Overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's the sneakiest form of fear.
It steals time, creativity, and goals. It's the most expensive, least productive thing companies invest in without even knowing it. And it's an epidemic.
In Soundtracks, New York Times bestselling author Jon Acuff offers a proven plan to change overthinking from a super problem into a superpower with three simple steps:
● retire your broken soundtracks ● replace them with new ones ● repeat them until they're as automatic as the old ones
If you want to tap into the surprising power of overthinking and give your dreams more time and creativity, learn how to DJ the soundtracks that define you.
If you can worry, you can wonder. If you can doubt, you can dominate. If you can spin, you can soar.
The book itself was good and I would definitely recommend. I’m disappointed in the condition of this book. I ordered a “like new” copy and while the inside pages look fine, the outside is covered in black smudges on page edges and all around the cover. It’s banged up too with smashed corners (it’s a dust jacket style hard cover). My “very good” copy of the other book in my order looks better than this one. I just feel like I can’t trust the condition ratings lately. This is the third book that didn’t the condition listed. I had a “very good” copy of a different book with pages that looked fine on the outside, but someone had written extensive notes on nearly half the pages inside.
