Great lead, noteworthy story

I was in the middle of reading another book when I first came across Soundless. Thinking that I would just read the lead sentence to see if it grabbed me, I ended up setting my other book completely aside until I finished Soundless. It was compelling from start to finish! I recommend it as a wonderful quick read.
