Great Horror Author!!!!!!

The first book from this author was captivating. I could not put it down till I was finished. The only question I have is, when is the release of his next book?

New Author With Great Potential

Brian Coyle was able to capture the best and worse of human nature in his first book Soul Riders. His characters' personalities were an intergral part of the development of the plot. He takes an age old idea (immortality) and adds a new twist. Excellent concept, well-developed characters, and twists and turns make this an interesting read. I look forward to reading more from this author. Reviews should include both negative and positive aspects. I forgot to add the negative. The reason I only gave this book a 4 star rating was because of the poor editing. Author fault or editor fault? I do not know! I believe that if the edititng is improved this author has an excellent chance of becoming very successful. I still look forward to reading his next book because I do believe that he does exhibit originality. With improved editing and experience, I do believe that Coyle will achieve success. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Many authors' first work is not their best. That does not mean that their first book is not interesting or does not deserve a fair review.

A story that keeps you turning page after page. They way the characters are enter twined is amazing.

new horror author

I read a pre-released copy and the story is refreshingly new in concept. Great plot with character interaction. Lends itself to becoming a movie or television series. I understand that publisher has more titles from this author to be released in 2008 and they anticipate much success with his novels.
