Over the last 5 years I have been working on myself, using many healing modalities. As well as the shamanic process of soul retrieval I have been writing creatively in order to clear my energy and my soul. I didn't know I was doing that at the time, but, well, I was. I found poetry, or attempts at poetry, to be a great medium for this. Hence, here is a load of poems that were written as part of what I now understand to be a soul clearance and retrieval.
