My hope for everyone reading this book is to have a better understanding of spirituality and mental health and how both can work together to bring about effective support to those struggling in their day to day walk. We know the creator can do the evitable, He knows us before we knew ourselves, He knows the state we would be in and has already prepared the solutions for our struggles. He has the remedy that can bring healing and keep us from becoming unwell. I would say this book is part of the favour of God to help us understand that He will not leave us or forsake us, especially when we are struggling in our minds, our emotions, and our thought processes.
