A special agent with a decorated background is dispatched from middle America through unofficial channels to Washington, D.C. where he must acquire a microdot with important information that he must prevent from falling into the wrong hands. However, a spectacular series of bizarre mishaps stand between him and success of what should be the simplest mission of his career. Chatty air line passengers and an ever present truant teenage girl prove dangerously distracting as he makes his way to meet up with a clumsy yet graceful agent. To make matters worse, a shadowy organization wants the microdot to further their own interests, even if they may not exactly have all their facts from history class straight. With the assistance of his fellow agent and a network of safe houses connected through the underground of D.C. can this agent hope to stop the organization from getting their hands on the microdot and save something far more precious in the process
