Wonderful!

The illustrations are some of the best works of art I have ever seen. They are done in soft colored pencils and are so realistic. Jeanne Titherington captures what modern American society has lost- the wonder and beauty of childhood. Unlike many of the childrens books out today, Jeanne Titherington does not put forth a book that preaches a sappy message to make parents happy but instead puts forth a result that applies to who childrens books are really for-children.
