Sonship According to the Kingdom

Most believers spend their whole lives praying like orphans instead of living like sons.

In Sonship According to the Kingdom: Stepping Into the Power of Your True Identity, Dr. Greg Hood exposes the orphan spirit that has quietly shaped modern Christianity - a mindset rooted in religion, fear, and striving instead of relationship, security, and inheritance. Drawing on decades of apostolic ministry, deep word studies in the Greek and Hebrew, and no shortage of straight-talking Southern wit, Hood walks readers through the biblical process of maturing from child to son, from orphan to heir, from religious performance to Kingdom authority.

You'll discover:

Why "adoption" in Scripture doesn't mean what Western culture assumes it meansHow the orphan spirit hides inside good church behavior - and how it's displaced, not cast outThe difference between religion and relationship, and why one produces slaves while the other produces sonsWhat it means to carry Kingdom dominion instead of waiting to be rescued to heavenHow to move from an orphan mindset in prayer, identity, and purpose into the full inheritance of sonship

This is not a theoretical book. It's a call to identity. As Hood puts it, we are not "impoverished spectators reduced to passive waiting." We are sons and daughters of the King, and it's time we started acting like it.

Sonship According to the Kingdom is Book Two in the Kingdom trilogy, following The Gospel of the Kingdom and preceding Citizenship According to the Kingdom. Read together, they lay out a complete picture of what it means to know the Kingdom, walk in your identity within it, and live as a citizen of it on earth.
