Why sons of Man and not sons of Men ? Because the phrase sons of men designates human race in its natural state. Those who attach themselves to the man-God Christ take on his inheritance as a Son of Man, that is, a Son of God. What does this mean? It means that any man or woman on their way to the divine fulfilment exemplified by Christ takes a path which leads them to exit the human race and enter the life prepared by God for them - just like a foetus exits its uterine existence to enter the world as an independent being. Man, therefore, is the first stage, it is the state previous to one's divine resurrected life. It is under this perspective that Akklesia places the various studies and analyses it wishes to share. Akklesia acknowledges the incarnation and resurrection of the Son of man, but not the Corpus Christi dogma.
