Good idea, but needs story editing and the illustrations are not good

While I applaud this author for writing a book about a feast in Kerala -a much needed book! - it needs better quality editing, pictures, and publishing. The pictures look like they were created using Powerpoint, and not very well. Many of them are unclear. The tale wanders a bit. I do not recommend as it is. However, I think this author is onto something. This is a beautiful celebration, and it would be good for more English speakers to be aware of it. If she found an illustrator to help her, this could become a super cool, useful, and beautiful book.
