Something Like Home: Red Creek

Red Creek is my inspiration, escape and safe haven. Like Nefertiti, Queen of the Nile, I get to sit back and enjoy the ride as my oarsman, Mark, does the work. I soak in the sun, explore nature, paint, and take an abundance of reference photos which have inspired the paintings in this book. Mostly oil, but every now and then I slip in a linocut, drawing, or watercolor completed with creek water. I hope you find enjoyment as I have in this place that's something like home.
