I've been writing poetry since I can remember. Starting out with simple Lymericks, it was only for fun. In later years it turned to more serious thoughts and matters of the heart. I can't claim to be an expert on love, romance and life, but simply write down my thoughts and feelings on those subjects based on my own personal experiences. Purely by accident, I have found there are many who can relate and have told me they find comfort in reading my poetry. It seems we're not so alone as we might think. In this first book, I have included my favorite poems (so far) and sincerely hope you will also find comfort, or perhaps some other answers in them. There are poems to warm your heart and give hope. Some are not so optimistic, but I feel, equally important, just the same. We are all looking to find the perfect mate and live "Happily ever after". These poems tell one story about my personal experiences and feelings in that search. I hope reading them can somehow help you in yours.
