A murderer is targeting the vulnerable in rural Northumberland.

Local day centre, Homeless Helping Hands, provides sustenance, support, and safety to people in the area. Until antagonism, anger, and an atmosphere that threatens stability surround the service. A body is discovered, followed by another, and the place of sanctuary is no longer safe.
