This is a collection of sonnets which I have written as I have pondered about specific verses in the Book of Mormon. Each has its own voice and attitude. They are not meant to be didactic or explanatory, but sometimes are. They are meant to provocative and imaginative, and even, sometimes funny, but often are not. The sonnet is a wonderful straight jacket into which one can cram ideas and images. For me, when used in conjunction with scripture it becomes a prism and a lens throwing newly discovered light on wise old ideas and teachings.
