Migration is an inevitable process and large-scale phenomenon in the 21st century. In any given country, migration can play an important role in economic development. In this regard, it is necessary to study the processes associated with it. Theoretical studies of migration processes help us interpret historical events and predict development possibilities. Non-economic approaches, like the cultural approach, need to be applied to explain some phenomena. What unresolved problems occur in the migration process and how this relates to the labor market can be considered on the example of a single country. The development of competent migration policy requires the coordinated work of all branches of government at both the national and international levels.
