The book addresses consciousness from a very different perspective from most other authors on the subject. The author develops his theory of consciousness by covering what many of the world’s religions and cultures have treated consciousness then quickly takes a scientific fact based approach to showing how consciousness can be monitored and measured. One need not be a philosopher or advanced social scientist who has studied the brain to benefit from the advancement the author is putting forward. It is a light read and one everyone can understand and further their understanding of consciousness.
