The present work aims to develop the understanding of the research by Professor Mara Beatriz Peiter, titled "Individual Work and Collective Work of Small Rural Producers: a study at Cooperselene in Sinop-MT."The author is concerned with organizing and demonstrating the trajectory of the social actors who are part of the recent migratory project that occurred in northern Mato Grosso in the Sinop region. The interpretation of the events was intended to verify the transition from individual to collectivized work, within the possibilities of collective improvements in solidarity associativism.
