Disappointingly short on content. Long on repetition. Needs an editor.

This is really an 80 page pamphlet, if you can even call it a booklet. Terrible editing – numerous typos, spelling and grammar errors. Jargon acronyms used without introduction. Ridiculously repetitive. I had a sense the author was trying to stretch the content to hit 80 pages. Much of the book is spent describing off-grid power and water supply systems (topics for another book, I think) and has little to do with actual UV treatment. When it does get around to the UV treatment systems, it's really just explaining how to determine the size needed and then how to buy a proprietary system from a vendor. A comical bonus however, is the grainy, pixelated, unidentifiable image, taken from the 50th row, of the author standing at a podium, wearing what looks like a medal around his neck, and pedantically pointing at some unknown-thing out of the frame.
