Social Perception of the Barras Bravas

The social perception of the barras bravas in some Zonal Planning Units (UPZ) of the town of Suba according to barrista and non-barista inhabitants has the common result of violence. The information is collected through surveys of the inhabitants of these sectors most affected by the barrismo and through interviews with leaders of the barras bravas. This information is tabulated and contrasted with authors who have studied the behaviour of the barristas from different approaches. It is recommended in this research project to approach the barrismo with an approach that provides opportunities by empowering the capacities of the members of the barras.
