"Sober Truths" is an engaging read that is both helpful and inspiring. Jill Kelly speaks from her heart and pulls no punches. I especially appreciate the raw candor of her story, the skillful crafting of her essays, and her many reminders about the importance of spirit in recovery. Kelly's insight into her family history and her success in building mindful, loving relationships with "difficult" parents are truly inspiring.
