Don't Forget To Buy This Book!

This story is amusing and educational. Perfect addition to child's library. Fun for adults too.

What a fun read aloud!

I took my squirmy 4-year old niece to her first read aloud and we had the opportunity to discover this wonderfully fun book! The reader dressed up as an Appalachian farmer and was so animated I thought for sure the dialect was real. The book easily lends itself to the reader for animation and due to the repetitive "Soap! Soap! Don't forget the soap!" the children are encouraged to chime along. We were all so captivated and entertained by the hillarious tale that my niece even sat still listening for her part! Days after, we were both recalling the plot and repeating: "Soap! Soap! Don't forget the soap!" with gales of laughter! Might I add that the illustrations were awesome!
