Productivity can be quadrupled or more in all sectors of the world's economies, without asking people to work longer hours or work faster, by making better decisions in awarding pay increases and promotions to new responsibilities. To produce these outcomes, job performance must be validly measured -- without biases -- and decisions must follow in equation-like precision from performance data. A demonstration of how to do this is presented. Decisions need to be based on a variety of information affecting the intended outcomes and this, too, is described. Resistance to these ideas is anticipated and described in the hope that anticipating the resistance can assist in setting aside those barriers. Having wealth four times or more current wealth allows dreams we've not dared to dream. Examples of those dreams are presented.
