This book is about the horrible experience I had to deal with while getting my own hard earned money. The other side was a company which did not had a face. It was like complaining to a computer. Yes the online retail business is booming and so is the cheating. When the customer contacts the company its not the company representative its the call centre which deals with the customer. They give a damn what the customer's problem is. I will not suggest you to buy this book, but write your own book with your own experience and let the big companies know they just cannot cheat or lie to a customer just because they are invisible.
