A great idea.

It's hard to snack and lose weight. That's a nobrainer. however, this book shows you how to snack in a healthier way to get you through those hungry times mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I found a ton of helpful info that really got me back on track.

I love this book. I am doing this. I snack every hour on anything I want from 50-100 calories an hour & I am losing weight. For the first time something works for this stupid body of mine. I am also walking with a friend every day & plan on exercising more to help speed up the weight lose & tone & shape as I go.

I am a new mom of a 9 month old baby. I've been trying to lose my last 5 pounds and found this book to work. I thought it would be difficult finding time to snack every hour but planning out my food the night before helps and I now have a routine.
