Great reference

As a developer, I can find the same information in IBM's Red Books but this explains it better and the information I need is in one place; I have spent many a day searching through the Red Books for some obscure bit I need to set!If you want an introduction, look elsewhere. If you are experienced, this is worth having on your bookshelf.
