A great story about fire lookouts

The author Warren Yahr worked seasonally on lookouts on the North Idaho Clearwater Forestin the 1940s. It is a great accout about lookout life and chasing small fires. It bought back memories of my own job as seasonal lookout in the Beaverhead National Forest in 1956. Read it you will enjoy it even if you never came chose to Fire Lookout.
