If youre a serious firefighter candidate you'll read this book.

This book has helped me immensely in improving my firefighter interview skills. I went from not passing interviews to being hired as a firefighter. The important thing that Chief Lepore does in this book is help people understand the logic and thought processes behind answering interview questions. Anyone can memorize a textbook answer, but once you understand the logic behind it you are then able to dynamically answer any question thrown your way and it will be an answer that is from the heart. With out a doubt one of the best tools an aspiring firefighter should have. A great easy to read and understand book about the most over looked part of getting hired by a fire department.
