How can computer e-learning be replaced by smart phone e-learning ?Leaving aside the notion of a " space " for a moment, if we are to make sense of Table devices from a teaching and learning perspective then it is important to understand what it is that makes these devices different from alternative devices such as Laptop computers and Netbook computers. This is a really a question of trying to determine the unique value of Table devices for teaching and learning. Equally, however it is important to consider these new devices from a pedagogical perspective because the question of uniqueness aside, it may still transpire that these devices can contribute positively to the teaching and learning process. The pedagogical perspective can be understood as containing four main components: pedagogical philosophy ( how we think people learn), high level pedagogy ( broad teaching and learning approaches such as problem based learning), pedagogical strategy ( a particular and detailed way of going about teaching) and pedagogical tastics ( the detailed methods, such as use of a discussion board to promote learning) ( Goodyear, 2005). Hence, it explains that the learning tool, such as whether it is one laptop or desktop or smart phone, although their main function is not for education. Smart phone function is talking and listening between the phone talker and phone message receiver. But when it can let students to feel easier to learn to see the teacher face from smart phone video, such as listen whether what he /she is teaching or speaking content to let they know or understand more clear. Then, this smart phone tool can be one kind of new learning tool when the student does not need to stay in classroom. He/she can touch his/her smart phone to listen teachers say what from smart phone conveniently. So, it explains that smart phone may be replaced to computer to be new kind of educational technological tool for global students in the future.For future new ipad teaching environment example, iclass is a very good example of an ipad application that facilitates student activitied within classroom. Iclass is an application that aims to providfe a convenient, user-friendly, and effective way to facilitates interactivity in an ordinary lecture. iclass has a number of functions that are potentially useful in teaching and learning including: a drawing tool, keyword submission, peer view of work, an ebook reader, multiple choice question, a QR code reader and a web brower. Students in a lecture connect to an iclass classroom and they can work for display at the front of the lecture theatre using, for example, a computer connected to a projector. However, a second application that has potential in terms of teaching and learning activities is the ipad white board. There are a number of these applications in the Apple store, the apple store can provide different kinds of ipad or smart phone products to let student to choose to buy to use for learning function very easily.
