Digital Transformation is one of the key challenges facing companies today. It is a change of mindset, people, leadership, policies, processes, resources, in other words it involves and affects all areas of the company. For best results the organization needs to rely on key known methodologies, such as: ITIL, Agile, Change Management and others. This book aims to provide an introduction over these methodologies and attempts to help us along the long and difficult journey of the Digital Transformation path. Using it the wright way we will find countless tools and advice to use and gain insight into how to succeed through this endless process. Irineu worked with me in late 1990s at Star Soft (an ERP company in Brazil) and from 2000 to 2003 at Sharptrader (an email marketing startup in Florida, USA). He is an extremely competent IT professional i and was responsible for the Infrastructure and implementation of ITIL methodology in both companies. His knowledge was essential to Digital Transformation process for them.
