The author presents a method for using hydrodynamics data to calculate the distribution of the probability of the number of perturbations of small-scale turbulence situated on the same vertical or the number of perturbations on the given horizontal distance taking into account their geometrical dimensions and distances between them. Climatic evaluation of the probability of generation of small-scale turbulence in a depth of 30-200 m in northern parts of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans is discussed. The probability description of the fine vertical slip structure of several ocean flows is presented.
