I've already use several of these recipes and each one has been good and the comments of others have been such that the recipes will be used again.

Slow Cooking at it's Best

I have this book and bought another for my daughter. It is the best Slow Cooking Cook Book I have seen, with real recipes that I use and that taste good. Other slow cooker books have not measured up. My daughter especially likes the Peach Cobbler recipe for her family. Handy to use for days I work and don't want to fix dinner when I get home, also for summer when I don't want to heat up the house with the oven.
