Tote bag

Tote is beautiful.

Package arrived, bag did not

I was super excited to get this, but when the package arrived, the box was damaged and the USPS had marked the box as it having been received unsealed and with nothing inside. Unimpressed to say the least.

No Tote Bag!!!

I made an order specifically for the tote right after it dropped and NEVER received it. DID ANYONE GET ONE?????

Tote bag

I placed my order with the help of customer service. She recommended the the Tote bag because my order was over $35. They never shipped the tote bag.

Never received

Did my order of over $35 and added the bag but I never received it. When I emailed customer support, they said they were unable to help with a coupon after the order and to be eligible I needed to place another order, but now it's not available.

What's the point

What's the point of a promotion if you're not going to have the promotional items available. If you're gonna have a promotion, make sure you have enough items available.

Cute Bag, Wouldn't Pay for It Though

This is a good quality little tote bag. It's cute, but I wouldn't pay $25 for it so I'm glad I got it for free. I may use it when I go to the library or a bookstore, but I was hoping for a medium sized bag for $25. It does have a nice boxed shape to the bottom, the printed image looks great, and the handles are good quality but not reinforced.

Surprisingly cute

I ordered this as a freebie with a pile of used books, not expecting much-- but it's suprisingly cute, with a square bottom that makes it seem bigger than I expected for a 'mini tote'.

Cute Freebie, but not worth a buy

This is way smaller and awkwardly shaped than in picture. Not worth the price if bought instead of a free gift.
