At twenty-three years old, Dan Simmonds wants nothing more than time: time to listen to his favorite death metal bands, time to replay the video games of his childhood, time to study the dreamlike paintings of Hieronymus Bosch, time to watch all the classic action movies of the eighties and nineties. And as if that isn't enough, there are the rumors of a phantom-like serial killer with supernatural abilities who has been wreaking havoc within the tower for the past ninety-six years.
