"So my brief comment on Florida is there were reports a long time ago, long before Florida had a population of considerable size, about 22 million people as of 2023. Even still, Florida is a very large state and has a great many areas of forested and/or swampy areas and the potential for something like Bigfoot (or Skunk Ape as they call it there) is great. A great many folks might have trouble with Bigfoot in Florida, but I certainly don't.
