The shadows that bring us to light

I could not put this book down. There are life experiences that will either inspire us to grow and blossom or sometimes destroy us. Maryanne's book is a beaming lighthouse in a world where for women, life's school of hard knocks can totally leave us in a fog doubting our self worth. Maryanne's personal honesty and metamporphose is truley inspiring and should be manadatory reading for so many women in our society that struggle to find a strong sense of self and healthy dose of self esteem. Any women who has had a difficult experience with love be it a father or a lover will relate to this. You will laugh and cry and totally learn. Enjoy!

This book reached out directly to my heart...I was movedto tears, to pain, to joy, to inspiration. The book remindsme of "Sex And The City" meets "Postcards From The Edge"with a bit of "Conversations With God" thrown into the mix.I was fascinated by Comaroto's riveting minute-to-minute detailof her life's experiences...a courageous and deeply intimate memoir!!
