The book is one of the most informative that I've come across regarding skin care, cosmetics, and stuff that people generally just talk about. So here's a way to start doing something to save your own skin. This book is also a great place to start doing some research--and then check out the cool Amea products!

I was looking for a book that shared with me real beauty secrets, remedys, and truths. Finally I found that book. Its also a fun book because you can use it as a skin diary. After a reading a section about a skin remedy or a section explaining infomation about the skin there is an option to check a box that says ACT Know or GET. It has really helped me detail what I need to get and what I need to know regarding my own skin. In the back there is another area that I can note my weekly routine. I finally feel organized concerning my skin. Dr Erdtmann's words of advice are wise and true. Thank you I am happy I found him. My skin and body has started to look and feel better.
