Delightful Koans for Project Mangers

These six-word lessons provide rich fodder for PM meditation and discussion. A good PM may not learn anything new from this book, but PMs-in-training will find some of the most important lessons in project management... and the fact that they *are* the most important lessons. I wouldn't recommend reading this book cover-to-cover in one sitting, but instead I invite you to take each lesson and think about it for a day or so. If you're a seasoned PM mentoring a less experienced PM, you can use these lessons as a springboard for discussion, and perhaps provide some examples when the lessons don't quite hold true for you. (No rule or guideline is 100% infallible... even this one.) This concise book is a surefire source of icebreakers at your next PM meeting.
